TECHNICAL PRODUCTS SPECIALIST

Technical Products Specialist

MobileFuse is looking for a highly motivated individual to act as out Technical Products Specialist, overseeing our tracking, data, and attribution relationships. You will be responsible for maintaining these realationships, internal training, ongoing management, and identifying new partners. his role works closely with both sales during the RFP process and with Operations during live implementation. This role requires a strong grounding in mobile advertsing technologies, attention to detail, as well as solid interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities
• Support Sales in RFP process (answer questions on existing partnerships)
• Monitor and troubleshoot attribution and tracking issues
• Stay abreast of various measurement and analytics platforms and assist in implementation and troubleshooting of same (eg: Brand Studies, TAG Certification, Visitation Attribution, etc)
• Act as inhouse attribution expert (eg:DCM & Barometric); own the overview of these campaigns and ensure they perform to expectations, troubleshooting and assisting as necessary, monitoring and providing ongoing reporting to Ops teams for optimization and client-facing report generation
• Act as inhouse visitation expert (eg:Cuebiq); own the overview of these campaigns and ensure they perform to expectations, troubleshooting and assisting as necessary, monitoring and providing ongoing reporting to Ops teams for optimization and client-facing report generation
• Act as inhouse brand studies expert (eg:Nielsen & Millward Brown); own the overview of these campaigns and ensure they perform to expectations, troubleshooting and assisting as necessary, monitoring and providing ongoing reporting to Ops teams for optimization and client-facing report generation
• Assist with billing questions and discrepancy issues
• Check that accurate reporting is available at all times
• Maintain capabilities matrix
• Self-manage tasks / schedule for effective and efficient time management
• Onboard and manage strategic third party technology vendors that can be added to Mobilefuse’s competitive offering
• Train internal Boston and New York staff as needed

Requirements
• Strong written and communication skills
• Able to interact comfortably with both clients and other internal departments
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Knowledge of ad serving technology ecosystem
• Willingness to learn
• Ability to multi-task, and work efficiently within a high-paced changing environment
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ideal candidate is someone who possesses the ability to take initiative and drive projects with minimal supervision

Preferences/Bonus Skills
• Knowledge of 3rd party advertising tags (Sizmek, Atlas, and Doubleclick)
• Understanding of ad-serving technologies, knowledge of DART for Advertisers & Publishers (DFA/DFP) is a definite plus
• Knowledge of prominent ad servers and programmatic exchanges
